What are your delivery options?
Our standard delivery option is UPS or FED EX (ground). There is an additional charge of $3.00 that will be added to your total for Handling and Packaging materials. Under shipping it will give you the delivery schedule. We also ship 2nd day and overnight. You will have to contact us to get those additional rates. At this time we do not have international shipping.
Do you have local courier delivery?
Yes we do, we delivery local to the central Orlando and surrounding areas. If you do not see a location or have a question about local delivery contact us to discuss your delivery location needs. Orders are delivered in 1-3 days (excluding holidays). If you need same day delivery or next day delivery please put that in the message card area or, please call to discuss delivery schedule time. There is a delivery fee.
What are my ordering options?
We have secure on-line ordering. If you do not feel comfortable with ordering on-line you can telephone us and place your order. We also take orders by fax and by email.
What if I need to make a change?
If you make a mistake or change your mind on the order you placed you must contact us before the order has been processed.
What if I would like to change size of gift basket?
No problem, just contact us. We are here to make gift baskets that please you. We can make changes on any of our gift baskets or gift boxes that fit your needs. Just contact us to discuss your wishes. Again we can be contacted by telephone, email and fax.
Do you do gift baskets for corporate business?
Yes we do, we have gift baskets for all occasions and themes that would fit the needs for all corporate businesses. We do promotional items and we also have accounts for corporate business.
What payments do you accept?
We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa. All credit card payments are processed through Basket Creations By Kitty. We also accept checks, money orders. See "payment Options" for more details. We also have corporate accounts that are net 15 days from date of invoice.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes we do, for large orders only. If you would like a quote on gift wrapping just give us a call. We have local pick-up and delivery for some areas. Holidays are very busy so you may want to make arrangements on our schedule for gift wrapping. We supply everything you will need to wrap a gift including the enclosure card. We just need you to supply the item to be wrapped.
What is your return policy?
Yes we have a return policy for our company. You may return for damaged goods. We will replace damaged items. Other returns are on a base to base case. But keep in mind there is a 15% restocking fee and you will have to pay your shipping. We do not refund shipping expenses.
